With qualifications in Project Management and over a decade of expertise including ten years in the public sector, Anne brings a blend of precision, warmth, and oversight to all of our work.     Joelene’s purpose is to help people and organisations flourish. She has led people and programs as a senior executive in the public sector for over two decades, with an emphasis creating environments where people have fun and grow while delivering great outcomes for customers. More recently as a coach, Joelene empowers people to unlock their full potential through coaching and mentorship. Specialising in leadership development and career transitions, she brings a strategic, personalised and human centered approach to coaching, that is tailored to people's unique needs, challenges and aspirations.

    Ruth Toomey is based in Brisbane on the lands of the Turrbal and Yuggera peoples. For the past decade, Ruth has served in leadership roles within the Queensland Government, focused largely on building capability in areas such as co-design, collaboration, systems methods and adaptive leadership.

    Ruth's professional background spans leadership development and coaching, community engagement, social innovation, policy and health service operations. Her passion lies in supporting people and teams to effectively navigate complex contexts, building inclusive and psychologically safe environments to support learning and adaptation.

    Highly relational and deeply committed to her own development and the development of others, Ruth brings authenticity and curiosity to her coaching and facilitation practices. Her approach is focused on supporting learning and fostering growth in those she works with.

  • Alex Drew

     Alex is an experienced coach and passionate about creating space for people and organisations to make meaningful change. Alex is accredited through the ICF and has been facilitating training and coaching for 16 years. Alex has an interest in coaching through the lens of the Enneagram and helping others to understand the patterns that begin to get in the way of their growth. 

    Alex’s experience has particularly come from working in the diverse and energising urban setting of Luton, where she works as Director of Training for Youthscape. In her time in Sydney, she worked at Global Sisters, where she was privileged to coach emerging female leaders, as they kickstarted their businesses.

    Dan Fine

    Dan is a multi‑award‑winning human‑centred designer, consultant and entrepreneur with fifteen years’ experience.  His work spans community organisations, not‑for‑profits, government at every level, and some of Australia’s largest corporates.

    Known for his ability to bring people together around tough challenges, Dan has worked on some of society’s most wicked problems — from local, community‑led initiatives to strategic, system‑level reform. He uses collaborative tools and co‑design methods to ensure the people closest to the issue shape the solutions, building genuine ownership and momentum along the way.

    His practice sits at the intersection of strategy development, service design, facilitation, community engagement and leadership. Dan brings a grounded, relational and deeply practical approach to making change feel possible — and sustainable.
