Coaching Essentials

Transform the quality of your conversations

Build your skills to have more effective conversations

Most of us spend years having important conversations without being taught how to have them well. We can jump too quickly to advice, solve problems for other people, or avoid conversations when the stakes feel high.

A coaching approach creates another option. By listening more deeply, asking better questions, and creating space for reflection, you can help another person make sense of complexity, find their own way forward and take responsibility for action.

Testimonial

As a new manager, I feel so much more confident after this program. I know how to structure a conversation, slow down and really listen. I can see now that I used to jump in too quickly and sometimes take over.

It’s changed how I approach one-to-ones, facilitate workshops, and I now back myself to handle whatever conversation comes my way. I just wish my whole leadership group had done it together.
