Thank you very much for this, and the learnings and experience to date. It has been brilliant. The reality is that it has translated so effectively, and so impactfully into a number of sessions I have continued to facilitate and host with a variety of groups (senior leadership to executive teams) over the last few weeks. Whilst still very much in my learning phase (trainer wheels firmly attached – and openly knowing what I don’t know… yet), it has significantly helped in achieving some really meaningful transformations, achieving clear takeaways and key actions to move certain challenges/problems forward with individuals and groups collectively. Not to undersell it, it’s been a bit of a game changer for me. And you are completely right, the model works… I have had so many ‘uh huh’ moments but still lots more work to be done and learnings to be had.
