Coaching Essentials
Coaching skills for leaders, professionals and aspiring coaches.
Coaching Essentials is a practical coaching skills programme grounded in ICF competencies. Through interative learning and guided practice, you will build the skills to listen deeply, ask powerful questions and have more effective coaching conversations.
Complete all three modules or begin with Coaching Foundations and decide later whether to continue.

Action Learning Sets
A different approach to professional development.
